Acceptance.
By using this website or dealing with us for mutual fund investments, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
Who we are.
Hinal Hemant Kuvadia is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-85815) and an individual life insurance agent of Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. Ltd.. We distribute Regular Plans of mutual fund schemes. We are not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, Portfolio Manager, Stock Broker or Research Analyst.
Nature of our service.
Our role is to help you complete KYC, understand scheme features and risks, assess whether a scheme fits your risk profile, and place and service your transactions. Any guidance we give is incidental to distribution and is provided free of charge. Every investment decision is your own.
No guaranteed returns.
Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Returns depend on market movements and are not guaranteed. Past performance may or may not be sustained in future. Any illustration we share is for understanding only and is not a promise of return.
Your responsibilities.
You agree to provide true and complete information, to keep your KYC, bank, contact and nominee details updated, to read the scheme documents before investing, to keep your login credentials and OTPs confidential, and to review your account statements and report any discrepancy within 30 days.
Commission.
We receive trail commission from AMCs on Regular Plans. It is paid out of the scheme's Base Expense Ratio and does not add to your cost. Details are on our Commission Disclosure page. We do not charge you any fee for distribution.
Transactions.
Transactions are executed only on your instruction, in your own folio, through the AMC, its Registrar or an online transaction platform. Units are allotted at the NAV applicable under SEBI rules based on the time the AMC receives your application and funds. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, platforms, AMCs or Registrars.
Website content.
The information on this website is for general understanding and may change without notice. We take care to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free. Calculators, if any, use assumed rates and do not predict actual returns.
Intellectual property.
The content, layout and text of this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. AMC, SEBI and AMFI names and logos belong to their respective owners.
Limitation of liability.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from market movements, from your reliance on general information on this website, or from failures of third-party systems.

Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to the online dispute resolution mechanisms prescribed by SEBI.
